Getting your child vaccinated on time helps their body build protection before they are exposed to diseases. Vaccines are tested to make sure that they are safe and effective for children to receive at the recommended ages.
Children can get vaccinated at their doctor's office. Older children can also get vaccinated at a pharmacy.
Children birth through age 18 who have no insurance, are underinsured, have Medical Assistance, or are American Indian or Alaskan Native qualify for our Vaccines for Children program. See below for details.
