The Carroll County Health Department's Bureau of Prevention, Wellness, and Recovery (BPWR) oversees treatment providers in the county, coordinates prevention efforts, and supports recovery from substance use and mental health disorders. 

The Bureau of Prevention, Wellness, and Recovery and our partner agencies have many programs to help you with substance use challenges, mental health challenges, or both.
