The Carroll County Health Department's Administrative Care Coordination (ACCU) staff help Carroll County residents access and use their Medical Assistance health care services and benefits.

This free program is a local resource of the Maryland Department of Health. It is available to anyone who has or is eligible for Medical Assistance.
