The Carroll County Health Department does not offer direct substance use or mental health services. However, our Service Coordinators can connect you with local services that meet your needs.
Service Coordinators can:
- Link children, adolescents, and adults with appropriate mental health and substance use services
- Monitor the services to make sure they are provided
- Offer case consultation to service providers
- Provide limited case management services
Service Coordinators also assist the Local Behavioral Health Authority in maintaining compliance with Behavioral Health Administration requirements.
