The Carroll County Health Department does not offer direct substance use or mental health services. However, our Service Coordinators can connect you with local services that meet your needs.

​​Service Coordinators can:

• Link children, adolescents, and adults with appropriate mental health and substance use services
• Monitor the services to make sure they are proveded
• Offer case consultation to service providers
• Provide limited case management services

Service Coordinators also assist the Local Behavioral Health Authority in maintaining compliance with Behavioral Health Administration requirements.
