Development Review – Subdivison Plan Review
Subdivision defined: Any change in property lines may constitute a subdivision unless the situation meets the criteria for exemption outlined in the State of Maryland regulations. In Maryland, Off-conveyances and Remainders are often subject to subdivision regulations.
[Note: The process outlined below refers only to the process of subdividing from the standpoint of the Health Department. Other appropriate agencies, e.g. Carroll County Development Review, should be contacted to ensure County requirements are met.]
