Mission: The purpose of the Carroll County Early Childhood Advisory Council is to coordinate efforts among all child-serving agencies within our community. We will conduct ongoing needs assessments and utilize the results to develop an inclusive plan in order to support families with children Birth through 8 in Carroll County.
Meeting schedule: Our meetings take place in conjunction with the Judy Center Early Learning Hub Steering Committee. All meetings are open to the public to attend. Our upcoming meetings take place on the 2nd Wednesday from 1-3PM at Carroll Community College Room K100.
