About TOPS:
TOPS (Taking Off Pounds Sensibly) is a non-profit weight loss support organization founded in 1948. The guiding principles of TOPS are education, support and accountability.
Carroll County Health Department’s TOPS groups provide connection and support for members looking to live healthier lives, in an accepting, non-judgmental environment. Weekly meetings include an optional weigh-in, educational topic and discussion. Topics include nutrition, movement, stress management and a variety of health-related activities.
TOPS has a yearly membership fee of $49. For a limited time, the Carroll County Health Department is offering free one-year memberships. Visit the TOPS website for more information about membership benefits and other resources.
