Overview:
The Medical Assistance Transportation program provides non-emergency transportation to and from medically necessary covered services for Medical Assistance recipients who have no other means of transportation.
Eligibility:
- Resident of Queen Anne’s County
Active Medical assistance (Medicaid) recipient with qualifying coverage for transportation - Have no other means of transportation
- Appointment must be covered medical service
- Transportation for recipients with full Medicaid coverage to MD Healthy Smiles Dental provider
- Complete screening questions to determine eligibility
