​The Queen Anne's County Department of Health offers Wellness services for the community of Queen Anne's County. This endeavor consist of community health nurses working with local community providers, businesses and partners to offer cholesterol, glucose and blood pressure screenings. Health information relating to dental, diabetes, nutrition, hypertension and other health topics is also provided. Our goal is to promote and provide services for a healthy community by increasing awareness on chronic disease and prevention control.
