    Vaccinate. Prevent. Protect

Seasonal flu shots, as well as the newly updated COVID-19 vaccines, are now available throughout Maryland at pharmacies, health clinics, and through local health care providers. You can find a flu or COVID shot near you at vaccines.gov.  It is recommended you call ahead of time to ask about hours, eligibility, and out-of-pocket costs.  Vaccines are the first defense against respiratory viruses, to prevent severe illness and protect your whole family.

Maryland’s 24 local health departments also host vaccination events for residents and their families, including COVID-19 and flu clinics. Residents can search for vaccine clinics near them using the Vaccine Administration Management System (VAMS) for Maryland. The system allows you to be pre-screened and, if qualified, schedule routine vaccinations, including COVID-19, flu, and back-to-school, with your local health department.
