On-Line License & Certification Renewal Login

Effective April 1, 2007, the Board discontinued the printing of ALL license & certification cards.  Please use Look Up A License to verify licensure/certification status.

Please remember you will process your renewal application on-line and ​​​can not mail in a check or money order payment to the Board​


License and certification renewals can take 5 to 10 days to be processed​. If a renewal applicant is required to complete a background check as part of the renewal process, additional processing time beyond 10 days is required.

All License and Certifications, including RN/LPN, Advanced Practice Nurses, CNAs and MTs, expiring in ​August 2025, September 2025, September 2026 and October 2026 are required to complete a Ba​ckground check to ​​​renew. Certified Nursing Assistants
