Updated printed copies of the Nurse Practice Act and Regulations can be purchased at the Division of State Documents in person, by internet, or by telephone. In person purchases can be made at 16 Francis Street - Wineland Building, Annapolis, MD.  Order forms can be downloaded from the Division of State Documents' Maryland Department of Health Publications.  Telephone purchases can be also made by calling the Subscriptions Manager at 410-260-3876.

 
Maryland laws and regulations can also be found on the internet by searching for Annotated Code of Maryland (Health Occupations Article, Title 8. Nurses) and Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR). The relevant regulations are found under COMAR Title 10, Subtitle 27. The Board no longer offers the annually updated printed copy of the Nurse Practice Act.​
