• If searching by license number, set the Profession to match your license/certification type and enter your license/certification number as consecutive characters without spaces between any of them.  Click the 'Search' button and your record should be displayed.  Click on your name to display the details of your record.
• You may also search by using your name as input. As before, set the Profession match your license/certification type.  Enter your last name and first name followed by an asterisk (i.e., Firstname*).  The input is case insensitive - it does not matter if you use upper, lower, or mixed case.  Click the 'Search' button to retrieve your record. Click on your name to display the details of your record.
