Each year the Center for Immunization collects immunization data on public and private Kindergarten students.  This data is compiled into tables that provide coverage and exemption rates for individual schools.  Data is omitted for schools with fewer than 10 students in order to protect the privacy of the students assessed. Children with medical or religious exemptions are not included in the coverage calculations for each vaccine.  

Some schools may not have data represented in this spreadsheet.  The school may not have submitted an immunization survey for that year or they may not have had any Kindergarten students that year.
