​​Online Application Portal​

​On ​September 16, 2024, a new Online Application Portal​ became available for applicants to complete an application, submit required documents, and pay applicable board fees online for the following types of applications for licensure:​

  • Administrator-In-Training (AIT) 

  • ​Endorsement

  • Reinstatement

  • Reactivation

If any of the above applications are submitted to the Board via email or U.S. mail, it will not be accepted and applicants will be directed to apply through the online application portal.

​​​Online Payment Center


​Effective June 1, 2024, the Board transitioned to an online payment center. The Board no longer accepts checks or money orders. The following board fees must be paid by credit or debit card via the online payment center:​

  • Duplicate License Fee: Original or Renewal  

  • Inactive Fee: Initial​​

  • Biennial Inactive Renewal Fee
