Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and eager individual to join our team as an Administrator in Training (AIT) and take the first step towards a rewarding career in healthcare administration.
Responsibilities:
As our AIT, you will gain hands-on experience learning the ins and outs of running a skilled nursing facility. You will have the opportunity to master the business side, including budgeting, billing, and financial wizardry. You will also shadow every department, from nursing to dietary to social services, to gain a comprehensive understanding of our facility. Additionally, you will assist in planning resident activities and support services, and help ensure our facility is top-notch in care and compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, or a related field
Willing to Apply/Enroll for/in a Maryland AIT program
At least 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility (entry-level position)
Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Go-getter attitude and willingness to learn and grow
