STI Testing
STI testing is offered every Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. and from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins will be accepted. Screening is confidential.
STI testing may include chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomonas, syphilis, HIV, yeast, bacterial vaginosis, herpes, and hepatitis B and C. Many STIs are treatable. However, they may not always cause symptoms.
Bring your insurance information with you if you are 19 or older.

Services are offered Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. on a walk-in basis. No charge. Confidential results.
HIV Clinical Case Management ServicesThe Allegany County Health Department offers HIV specialty care in partnership with Johns Hopkins Hospital.
PrEP Clinic (Pre-exposure Prophylaxis)
