Also known as the Allegany House, the Halfway House is located at 12300 Old Willowbrook Road, Cumberland, MD. The House helps individuals to learn (or relearn) the necessary skills to rejoin society without the use of substances. Personal responsibility is the goal, and residents are required to remain free of alcohol and other non-prescribed mood altering substances during the term of residency. Average length of stay is 3 to 6 months.
