Verification Letter of Good Standing

Reminder to all nurses:

Verification/Letter of Good Standing requests must be submitted online through the NURSYS website. Once your fee has been paid, your request will be sent electronically to the Board of your choice.

Advanced Practice providers requesting a Verification/Letter of Good Standing, please use the Verification Request form.

This process of verification does not include the state of Pennsylvania LPN/RNs or California LVNs. All requests for the states of California and Pennsylvania should utilize the form on the MBON website.

If you are endorsing a California LVN or Pennsylvania LPN/RN into MD, please contact California or Pennsylvania’s Board of Nursing for a verification form.

If you are endorsing out of MD to California or Pennsylvania, you will use the Verificaton of Original Licensure form.
