​The Cigarette Restitution Fund Program offers Smoking Cessation Counseling. Free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (patches) is available for Queen Anne's County's residents. Education for tobacco use prevention and cessation assistance is offered to community groups, school groups, and businesses.
