Payments & Form Submission: As of February 1, 2025, the Board no longer accepts checks, money orders, or paper applications by mail. All payments and required documents must be submitted through our online portal.

Reinstatement - JP Examination Requirement: Applicants must take and pass the Jurisprudence Examination to qualify for reinstatement. Contact the Board for guidance and total fees. See Law §3–310(a)(4)
Implicit Bias Training: All Chiropractors and Chiropractic Assistants are required to complete the implicit bias training at their first renewal after April 1, 2022. The list of approved courses may be accessed using this link: Approved Implicit Bias Training Courses.
Address Change: If you have moved since your last renewal or receipt of your initial license, submit an address change form (DC's click here. CA's click here) to the Board before renewing your license. Your renewed license will be mailed to the address of record on file. A $50.00 duplication fee plus a $200.00 failure to notify penalty will be imposed for reprinted Licenses due to an incorrect address of record. See COMAR 10.43.01.05 (f) and COMAR 10.43.06.02.(s)
