Instructions for the Maryland Preceptor Tax Credit Program can be found in Part I of the application.   There are four (4) parts for the application., listed below.  Please type your responses.  

The application cycle does not begin until December 1, 2025. The links to the Parts will be available two weeks prior to the application cycle beginning.
Due to the first come, first served nature of the program, application components received prior to the application opening will be discarded and must be submitted during the application cycle to be considered.  Applications will only be reviewed if received between December 1, 2025 and January 05, 2026 (11:59pm).

  • Applicants are responsible for ensuring all required parts of the application are completed fully and received on time.  
  • Only complete appl​ications will be considered.​  
  • Part 2 MUST be submitted by the educational institution.   
  • Tax credits are not guarenteed.  
  • Tax credits are issued on a first come, first served basis and are based on fund​ing availability.
