There are four (4) application parts:
Submission of all documents must be submitted to: mdh.preceptortaxcredit@maryland.gov by January 5, 2024, 11:59 PM.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring all required parts of the application are completed fully and received on time. Only complete applications will be considered. Tax credits are not guarenteed. Tax credits are issued on a first come, first served basis and are based on funding availability.
