RHT Committee members are volunteers and will not receive compensation for their participation. Organizations potentially seeking RHTP resources (funding) are not required to participate on the RHT Committee, and will not receive any extra benefit from participation on the Committee. The State will deploy RHTP funding through competitive processes, posting upcoming funding opportunities to the
RHTP webpage as available. The State may ask individual RHT Committee members to participate in procurement review processes, barring any conflicts of interest.
