Rural PACE Grant Opportunity Webinar​

The National PACE Association (NPA) is pleased to share that the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) has announced the availability of up to $2 million in fiscal year (FY) 2025 federal grant funding to support the expansion of the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) model into rural communities. The Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), along with important pre-registration and application requirements, is available on Grants.gov, with applications due by 11:59 p.m. ET on April 17, 2025.

To support organizations interested in applying, NPA, the National Rural Health Association (NRHA), the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), and USAging will co-host a Rural PACE Grants Webinar on March 21st at 2 PM ET. This session will provide an overview of the funding opportunity and feature presentations from successful rural PACE organizations that have effectively implemented the model in their communities. 

This is a great opportunity to learn more about the application process, hear from peers, and ask questions. We encourage all interested organizations to join us for this informative session!​
