​All application components for the 2026 applica​tion cycle are due by April 15, 2026 (11:59 p.m.), including applicant, employer, and reference contributions.  

MLRP loan repayment assistance is offered/awarded based on applicant eligibility, technical scoring based on State and Federal priorities, and the availability of funding.  The application process is competitive.  Adherence to application instructions and deadlines is extremely important.​
