Over the next year, the Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) within the PHPA will conduct a thorough review of the COMAR 10.54 Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children regulations.


Please note that Chapter 3 specifically pertains to Retail Food and Pharmacy Vendors. Interested stakeholders are invited to submit comments on these regulations by visiting the MDH Regulatory Review website​. The deadline for submissions is April 1, 2026.​
