Maryland Medicaid will be transitioning from ePREP, Maryland Medicaid's online Electronic Provider Revalidation and Enrollment Portal, to the Maryland Provider Registration and Information Management Enterprise (MPRIME) portal in October 2026.
Unenrolled providers seeking to become eligible for Carelon courtesy authorizations for services provided during the application hold may register with Carelon by submitting our form: Temporary Process to Register Provider NPI with Carelon for BH Providers during the MPRIME Transition.
Please note that providers will need to hold claims until they are enrolled through MPRIME. For additional information, please refer to the Courtesy Authorizations for Unenrolled Behavioral Health Providers memo.
