  • LICENSE RENEWAL PORTAL CLOSED FRIDAY, MAY 31, 2024
  • Renewal portal will not be accessible again until March 2025
  • ONLY electronic renewal applications are accepted
  • When the renewal portal reopens in March 2025, electronic license renewal applications are to be submitted no later than Saturday, May 31, 2025
  • Review Title 13; Term & Renewal of Licenses 13-311​​
  • Licenses due for renewal May 31, 2025: the timeframe to earn/complete Continuing Education (CE) hours is April 1, 2023, through March 31, 2025
  • Total CE hours required: PT = 30 hours and PTA = 20 hours
  • Review COMAR 10.38.08 Continuing Education Requirement (updated November 13, 2023)
  • ​License renewal fees: PT = $271 and PTA = $190
  • ONLY electronic Mastercard or Visa credit/debit card payments are accepted

  • Has your license expired? LICENSE REINSTATEMENT IS AVAILABLE
  • ONLY complete the reinstatement application after your license has expired
  • Reinstatement fees: PT = $400 and PTA $400
