Final Order
A Final Order is a public record issued by the Board resolving a formal disciplinary action COMAR 10.38.05.02.B(11). Except as otherwise provided by law, the proceedings of the Board are confidential, and that confidentiality may not be waived by the parties (COMAR 10.38.05.03.A).
