Public Disciplinary Actions

​​​​A Final Order means a public record issued by the Board resolving a formal disciplinary ​action COM​AR 10.38.05.02.B(11)  

Except as otherwise provided by law, the proceedings of the Board are confidential, and that confidentiality
may not be waived by the parties (COMAR 10.38.05.03.A.)
