Pursuant to 50 U.S.C. § 4025a (SCRA § 705A), as amended by H.R. 5009, and Md. Code Ann., State Gov’t § 10-14A-01 et seq., service members and their spouses (including members of the U.S. Foreign Service) applications for licensure are prioritized per federal law.
