Physical Fitness Committee


The Physical Fitness Committee contributes to the Council’s mission by educating and encouraging Maryland residents to engage in regular physical activity. The Physical Fitness Committee aims to:

  1. Increase awareness of and participation in inclusive and affordable physical activity opportunities in Maryland.
  2. Promote the health benefits of getting 150 minutes of physical activity every week.
