The Maryland Public Information Act (PIA) governs access by the public to records of all units of State government. The intent of the PIA is to enable citizens to have access to government records without delay. Listed below is the information the Board must disclose ( and include on a roster) if it is requested by a member of the public.
The name of the licensee;
License type, status, issue date, expiration date
The business address of the licensee or, if the business address is not available, the home address;
The business telephone number;
The educational and occupational background;
The professional qualifications; and
Any orders of the Board that result from formal disciplinary actions.
