The Office of Preparedness and Response Finance Administration Department provides fiscal oversight for the MDH Office of Preparedness & Response. This includes:
- All operational and programmatic budgets and grants
- Accounting roles such as invoice processing and receipt of revenue
- Procurement activities for purchasing goods and services
- Supports the Incident Command System (ICS) in the event of an emergency response
