​Pursuant to COMAR 10.25.18.13, Dispensers must begin reporting of Non-CDS to CRISP by September 1, 2025. For information on how to login to the new portal, please check out the Single Si​gn-On instructions. All questions regarding Non-CDS reporting should be forwarded to [email protected]. The Office of the PDMP supports​ healthcare providers and their patients in the safe and effective use of prescription drugs. The Program collects and securely stores information on drugs that contain controlled substances and are dispensed to patients in Maryland. The provider outreach and education unit provides resources for safe and effective prescribing of controlled substances. It serves as a core component of the State’s and many local jurisdictions’ strategies for reducing drug-related overdoses.​​
