Disciplinary Orders

Effective July 1, 2010, in compliance with HB-114, the Board was mandated to publish all Public Orders on its website.

Certified Orders and licensure verification can be requested in writing from the Board with a $30 fee per Order and license verification.

Resolved disciplinary orders issued prior to April 24, 2026 are available on the Board’s archive page
