We test all foodborne outbreak samples for the state and multistate national outbreak such as Listeria Mono in cheese or Salmonella in peanut butter, E coli o157: H7 in lettuce. The Food Lab also participates in all Surveillance and regulatory samples for the states which are sent by our customers such as center for food processing to State Epidemiology or center for food protection. Where samples are collected from different manufacturer or dealers and retailers.
