On-Farm Food Service Facility Regulations

The Environmental Health Bureau within the MDH Prevention and Health Promotion Administration is developing regulations pertaining to On-Farm Food Service Facility licenses in accordance with House Bill 272 (Food Establishments – Lavatory Requirement and On-Farm Food Service Facility License). MDH Environmental Justice Plan

The Maryland Department of Health is seeking informal comments from the public on the proposed draft Environmental Justice Plan, as required by the Valuing Opportunity, Inclusion, and Community Equity (VOICE) Executive Order (EO 01.01.2025.17). The proposed draft seeks to present MDH priorities to promote environmental justice aligned with the MDH mission and vision. The draft plan can be found here.
