For Teens & Young Adults

THIS IS YOUR TIME TO TAKE BACK CONTROL.

Young people often believe that quitting tobacco use will be easy; however, once addicted, you may find that quitting is difficult and overwhelming, especially if you are trying to quit on your own. Teens who smoke are less physically fit and have more respiratory illnesses than friends who don’t smoke.

Using tobacco as a teenager or young adult can cause lungs to not develop normally and can lead to heart disease, stroke, and cancers as you get older. Quitting smoking is one of the most important steps you can take to improve your immediate and future health.
