Adult Immunizations
We provide the following vaccines for eligible adults:
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella)
- Pneumococcal
- Shingrix
- TDAP
- Varicella
- Rabies pre-exposure vaccines are available to clients working in high-risk settings
Child and Adolescent Immunizations
Each year, thousands of children become ill from diseases that could have been prevented by appropriate vaccinations.
Contact your child's doctor or the Somerset County Health Department to make sure your child's immunizations are up-to-date.
Vaccines for Children Program (VFC) Requirements:
- A child must be 18 years of age or younger and meet at least one of these key criteria:
- Medicaid-eligible, uninsured, underinsured or an American Indian/Alaska Native.
Back To School (BTS) Vaccine clinics:
- All K-12th graders are required to have 2 doses of the Varicella Vaccine (Chickenpox);
- All 7th - 12th graders need to have Tetanus, Diptheria, Pertussis/Whooping Cough (Tdap) and Meningococcal (MCV4) and are encouraged to receive Human Papillomavirus (HPV) and Meningococcal B (MenB)
School based Flu Clinics are held in the fall:
- All children under the age of 19 are eligible with signed parental consent
