Notice of Proposed Action
The Secretary of
Health proposes to amend Regulation .03 under COMAR
10.34.32 Requirements to Administer Vaccinations. This action was considered
by the Board of Pharmacy at an open meeting held on September 20, 2017, notice
of which was given by publication on the Board of Pharmacy website,
http://health.maryland.gov/pharmacy/Pages/index.aspx, from August 16, 2017 —
September 19, 2017.
Statement of Purpose
The purpose of
this action is to require pharmacist authorized to provide vaccinations to have
readily available proof of active certification in basic cardiopulmonary
