Notice of Proposed Action

The Secretary of Health proposes to amend Regulation .07 under COMAR 10.09.05 Dental Services.
Statement of Purpose
The purpose of this action is to update the incorporation by reference document, Maryland Medicaid Dental Services Fee Schedule and Procedure Codes CDT, to the most recent version (January 1, 2018) and clarify when providers may not bill the Department or the program participants.

There is no corresponding federal standard to this proposed action.
