Notice of Proposed Action
[16-107-P]
The Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene proposes to amend Regulation .04 under COMAR 10.07.05 Residential Service Agencies.
Statement of Purpose
The purpose of this action is to align the regulations with a regulatory fee change that was proposed in the October 16, 2015 Maryland Register and became effective December 21, 2015. The initial and renewal licensure fees were reduced in Regulation .04A from $2,100 every 3 years to $1,000 every 3 years for residential service agencies; however, the changes were not reflected in §§H and I(2) of the same regulation. This proposal corrects that oversight.

Estimate of Economic Impact

Economic Impact on Small Businesses
