| Complaint Process | Complaint Process | In order for a complaint to be processed, the complaintant must complete and sign the complaint form. The form must then be emailed to the Psychology Complaints email address. If done inccorrectly, an email will be sent out requesting that additional information will be required. When processed correctly, the complaint will be sent for review.
