The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) Commission has published Proposed Rules for consideration and comment.  The Proposed Rules can be found H​ERE. 

 The proposed rules are being considered to: 

• Add a mechanism for the formula used to assess the Annual Assessment fees being charged to the states to be reviewed and modified by the PSYPACT Commission as needed.
• Ensure the maximum Annual Assessment fee is set at no greater than $6,000 per jurisdiction.

These Proposed Rules are open for a 60-day public comment period for stakeholders who wish to provide comments.  Written comments may be submitted to the PSYPACT Commission via the PSYPA​CT website​. The deadline for submission of written comments is February 20, 2026.  ​
