After selecting a translation option, users will be notified that they are leaving DoIT’s website. Users should consult the original English content on DoIT’s website if there are any questions about the translated content.

DoIT uses Google Translate to provide language translations of its content. Google Translate is a free, automated service that relies on data and technology to provide its translations. Notice: On December 4, 2021 a security incident occurred involving the Maryland Department of Health (MDH) information technology systems. Out of an abundance of caution, MDH servers are currently offline. As a result, we are not able to enter new applications or retrieve license/permit renewal information at this time. This has delayed the processing of all new applications for licenses, plan reviews, and license/permit renewals. If your license needs to be renewed, and you have not received your renewal letter, please submit last year’s application, mark in the top right corner it is for a 2022 renewal, and re-sign and re-date the application. Applications along with payment should be mailed to the Office of Food Protection, Permits and Licensing, 6 St. Paul St. Suite 1301, Baltimore, MD 21202.  Questions can be emailed to mdh.foodlicense@maryland.gov.
