The Compliance Division of the IAC was established to ensure compliance with and help detect and prevent violations of applicable federal and state laws. This division provides objective analysis and consulting services to MDH administrations to improve the Department’s operations.
The Compliance Division also conducts investigations of allegations related to MDH employee misconduct, improper activities by vendors contracted with MDH, and violations of HIPAA/Privacy laws. Reports may be made anonymously. The Compliance Division will evaluate these concerns and take appropriate action.
