Reporting Schedule

BHA uses a Universal Reporting Form (URF) for their quarterly reporting
SFY 26 BHA Instructions for the Universal Reporting Form (PDF)
Quarterly reports must be submitted 30 days after the end of the quarter.

Q1- July to September, due October 31
Q2- October to December, due January 31
Q3- January to March, due April 30
Q4- April to June, due July 31
