Social Media Toolkit	Description
Advance Directives	Encourage Marylanders to complete their advance directives and name someone to speak on their behalf if they are sick or injured.
Infant Immunization Week	Raise awareness about childhood vaccines, including which diseases they prevent, why following the recommended vaccine schedule matters, and how to get routine childhood vaccines for your child.
Maryland Vaccine Program	The Maryland Vaccine Program allows local health departments to provide state-purchased vaccines to uninsured and underinsured adults to reduce the burden of vaccine-preventable diseases. The goal of this toolkit is to raise awareness of this program.
Measles Awareness	Raise awareness about measles, including recognizable symptoms, reminders to get vaccinated, and guidance for those who plan to travel abroad.
Sexual Health Awareness	Provide individuals, communities, and organizations with the tools needed to promote more effective sexual health practices.
