Advance Directives​

​Encourage Marylanders to complete their advance directives and name someone to speak on their behalf if they are sick or injured.

Maryland Vaccine Program

The Maryland Vaccine Program allows local health departments to provide state-purchased vaccines to uninsured and underinsured adults to reduce the burden of vaccine-preventable diseases. The goal of this toolkit is to raise awareness of this program.​
