In support of the facility's mission and vision, the WMHC Department of Nursing provides an atmosphere of caring based on professional standards and promotes optimal health and quality of life for all patients and residents.  

Our Nursing Department aims to foster a collaborative environment that empowers our RNs, LPNs, and GNA to utilize evidence-based practice for the promotion of individualized, high quality, person-centered care. 

Our Nursing Department is trained to work with individuals who require ventilator and oxygen-dependent rehabilitation, ventilator weaning, inpatient hemodialysis, complex wound care, long-term antibiotic therapy to many acute and chronic illnesses or injuries.
