In support of the facility's mission and vision, the WMHC Department of Nursing provides an atmosphere of caring based on professional standards and promotes optimal health and quality of life for all patients and residents.  

Our Nursing Department aims to foster a collaborative environment that empowers our RNs, LPNs, and GNA’s to use evidence-based practice for the promotion of individualized, high quality, person-centered care. 

Our Nursing Department is educated and has specialized training to work with individuals who require ventilator and oxygen-dependent rehabilitation, ventilator weaning, complex wound care, long-term antibiotic therapy to many acute and chronic illnesses or injuries.​
